In depth
Verdict
These are a hard lot to place faith in. Desert Sting , a winner at Stratford in May, would be the most likely winner on his best form but has let his backers down since and doesn't often impress with his jumping. Mount Vesuvius has been going well over timber at times this year but has plenty to prove back chasing while Charlie Mon tends to run into place money without threatening the win. MRSROBIN won a C&D novice event this time last year and while her efforts since don't inspire confidence, she might last it out if getting into a rhythm up front and get the tentative vote.
