Verdict

Whinging Willie won in testing going at Epsom last month and is upped 5lb while Master Archer went close over track and trip before placing again at Kempton. Saved By The Bell was third in a lower grade at Redcar while Stormin Tom won at Ripon the last time he competed over 1m6f. But ST MARY’S (NAP) gets the nod in a competitive handicap on the back of a narrow-margin defeat over course and distance a fortnight ago as she drops down in class today. Eurato and Rydan are reguarly placed with the latter preferred off his current mark.
