Verdict
A tricky affair with just 5lb separating the sextet on official ratings. Saga Sprint, thought good enough to go to Royal Ascot, was tailed off and now runs for a new yard. He has a claiming success in Ireland to his name whilst Tap The Honey and Kings Gold finished one-two at Newcastle in May on the new synthetic surface. The latter could well get reverse placings now as he's proven on the ground but the choice is POINTEL. The Le Havre colt has come up against talented sorts in decent maiden company and handled soft ground well last month when a respectable third to Rex Bell at Windsor over this trip. His best days look ahead of him. Rockery and Rubensian have shown glimmers of promise and support for either should be heeded.
