Verdict

OPERETTIST finished a respectable fifth at Newmarket on her handicap and seasonal debut. October's Salisbury winner looks capable of scoring off her current mark on that evidence and she gets the vote with further progress on the cards. Al's Memory is steadily dropping down the weights but not getting any closer while Feelthedifference has posted a couple of poor efforts since winning her maiden at Beverley in September. The last comment also applies to Pontefract maiden winner Sir Trevor though Lovage and Feisty Champion should have more to offer.
