QUOTELINE DIRECT hasn't won for three years but looked like doing so at Ripon last month when hitting the front 2f out in a similar race over 1m4f. Becky Smith takes the ride again and her mount is on his lowest ever mark. Dance King was behind and looks held but Serena Brotherton is always in demand in these races and Shining Aitch ran well at Yarmouth last time. Dream Point bounced back to form at Haydock though that was on soft ground, as was Bigbadboy's victory over the course and distance in October.
