In depth

Verdict

John Butler has done really well to keep King Crimson sweet and the senior of the field must have a solid chance of landing a third victory from four starts. He goes nicely for Darragh Keenan and should remain competitive despite a further rise in the weights. Field Gun is highest-rated but has not beaten a rival home in the last two starts and is best watched until signalling a return to form. Queen Of Burgundy is respected but STEWARDESS has been gradually finding her form this term and was only beaten a couple of lengths last month in a fairly competitive Pontefract handicap. Conditions will suit and she remains well treated off a mark of 66.
