    International Lion, a winner over a mile on good ground at Thirsk, ran very well in a much better race on soft ground at York and should stay the extra. GODDESS OF FIRE was obviously suited by stepping up to this trip when gaining a shock victory at Chelmsford, when Ami Li Bert was 7l behind. She’s changed stables and is 5lb higher but looks the one to beat. Never Said Nothing produced easily his best form on fast going at Musselburgh.
