      Verdict

      Several progressive two-year-olds to consider but both Turn Tide and Bathos have a hike in the weights to contend with having won decent handicaps on their respective latest starts. The latter finished ahead of Machine Learner when scoring at Newmarket and is preferred to Viren's Army and Rioca, upped in class after completing a double with victory at Pontefract. But DAL HARRAILD gets vote in this as he had a subsequent winner back in third when landing the odds at Haydock and further progress is expected now handicapping.
