Verdict

John Fretwell is noted as a purchaser of particularly precocious types so we can be sure that HUSTLE BUSTLE will be plenty forward in her work and, in a race where the market should tell us plenty, the David Brown-trained filly gets our vote. Richard Fahey's stable has commenced the season in decent form and Sandiva appears to have plenty in her favour. As a half-sister to Richard Hannon's useful juvenile performer, Wentworth, there is every reason to believe that she can do herself justice. Tom Dascombe enjoyed plenty of success with his juveniles a couple of seasons ago so Stepping Out is interesting. Among her relatives include crack Northern sprinter, Duchess Dora. Sunningdale Rose looks best of the pair to have already seen the racecourse. Despite running green in the initial stages of her debut at Yarmouth, she did enough to suggest herself capable of winning a race in the future.
