Verdict
Several of these arrive in good form, including last-time winners Rafaaf, Best Be Careful and Cool In The Shade. Madame Kintyre has been knocking on the door again and may appreciate a drop back to the minimum, though her stable is struggling for winners at present and she has a bit to find with both Best Be Careful and Whitecrest on past form. Black Annis Bower is better than she showed at Ayr last month and Gottcher is now 4lb lower than when successful at Haydock in July. But this can go to SHOWBOATING, who has been showing plenty of pace over longer trips and could well be suited by a first try over 5f. Consistent, he's still on a decent mark and his yard is going well at present.
