        Verdict

        Nothing is dismissed with confidence but SLOWMO has improved with each run and looks on an acceptable mark for this handicap bow. He's not a strong choice as this is his first attempt at a sixth furlong and he's yet to tackle ground with cut but he's certainly going the right way and is worth the vote providing the ground does not deteriorate significantly. Balata Bay was rather low-key last time but should prove better than he showed at Town Moor, although he too has yet to encounter conditions with soft in the description. Mister Dependable is almost certainly better then his latest all-weather run suggested and is worth a mention along with Oona, who looks well treated and could improve notably on efforts to date.
