Kath's Boy and last year’s winner Kaaber were both engaged in the same race last night at Windsor. Captain Scooby is often thereabouts in races like this and very well treated nowadays. He’s a dual course winner so goes on the short-list along with Redcar third Tango Sky. Manipura and Fantasy Justifier are others with decent claims but a first win could be beckoning for BAY STATION, who has shown some improvement lately and is still slipping down the weights, though the cheekpieces she wore last time at Haydock are dispensed with here.
