      In depth

      Verdict

Rosein is preferred to Scuba and Digital. Geraldine Rees' representative won with something in hand at Wolverhampton and providing that he can transfer some of that form to the turf, he has to every chance. Scuba is certainly in form and Hughie Morrison's charge did beat Rosein when they met at Southwell. Digital is not the force he once was but he has maintained a level of form of late and has to be respected as a course-and-distance winner. High Ridge would hold chances on his older form although he has become difficult to catch right these days. Polish Index would not mind any overnight rain and has an interesting jockey booking with Ryan Moore set to take the ride. Gilded Cove invariably runs well at big prices although he may be more effective on the sand these days. Danzig River has steadily slipped down the ratings and is watched in the market. A tough race in which Rosein is preferred.
