Alpine Stroll saves his best for this track though both course wins so far came on fast ground while the going is also a worry for Pontefract runner-up Golden Flame. PRINCE IMPERIAL is more versatile as regards the ground and drops back down in trip having won off a similar mark when last successful and subsequently placing in the Cesarewitch Trail at Newmarket last month. Miranda is a useful hurdler for Paul Nicholls’ yard and makes most appeal of the remainder returning to the Flat.
