        Verdict

        Now rated 72, Comedy Night continues to struggle in maidens and returned a losing favourite at Bath last month. Several less exposed types are looking to improve past him in this including September Issue, a runner-up in both starts to date, but WERNOTFAMUSANYMORE finished behind a subsequent winner when not beaten far at Catterick on his debut and Kevin Ryan's charge gets the nod. Keiba and Macho Mac are others likely to improve and the same comment applies to Yarmouth third Rose Marmara though stablemate Showbizzy drops in class after a modest effort at York.
