Tomahawk Wood left previous form behind and landed a bit of a gamble at Newcastle last month. He's possibly open to further improvement but is 10lb higher. Toarmandowithlove has been knocking on the door in novice events while Baysbrown has shown some promise. Wyfield Rose was second in an amateurs' handicap here last time under today's pilot but we like the look of Richard Johnson's booking for GOLAN SUN, who would have won on his handicap debut at Uttoxeter last time in another couple of strides.
