BAYAN ran a cracking race in a valuable handicap on the Flat at the Galway Festival having won here earlier over hurdles, ahead of Wot A Shot. He's at the top of his game and should be good enough to give weight to today's rivals who include stablemate Goal, who is also a course and distance winner, and Butney Rock. The latter has also travelled over from Ireland but all of his form is over longer trips.
