Verdict
Civil Servant looked thoroughly uncooperative at Stratford on Thursday and now looks one to be wary of. Fog Patches has won two of his last three but Peter Buchanan rides Lucinda Russell's other runner, Eyre Apparent, a beaten favourite here last month. TRUE BLUE was a bit novicey on his chasing bow at Newton Abbot but showed distinct signs of promise and has plenty of scope over the larger obstacles. He's fancied to come good here a Definite All Star doesn't appear to be improving and Irish import Ploopluck Bridge has his first run for Chris Grant.
