Verdict

Emirat De Catana was only beaten a neck over track and trip two runs ago but was well behind Brandy McQueen over a longer distance earlier. GO BOB GO was beaten just over two lengths by the latter here in May and is now 8lb better off despite having won over 2m4f here earlier this month. You Name Him has improved over the summer but would probably have preferred a stiffer track. Bridge Road might appreciate this longer trip and Bangor winner Fine By Me wasn’t disgraced off this mark at Uttoxeter and also has a squeak.
