Getareason has done well since reverting to hurdles and should get a lot closer to Prince Kayf than at Newcastle re-opposing on better terms. Tayzar is the senior runner in this but is 3lb better off with Big Bad Bear than when beaten a length-and-a-half at Doncaster. Fugitives Drift was in good form in the autumn but he’s been well below par since and Good Boy Bobby has also been struggling. GUNSIGHT RIDGE was surprisingly beaten at Market Rasen last month and also failed to justify market support previously at Kempton but he does have a decent turn of foot and that could be an asset on this tight track. Kakamora is a danger making his handicap debut after only four starts but is thrown in at the deep end.
