Verdict

Bigmartre has become disappointing but Graineyhill has only raced over fences three times and makes his handicap debut over the larger obstacles on a fair mark. Piton Pete bolted up last time at Carlisle and arrives with similar credentials while Wicked Willy has won twice over fences and was a ready winner over hurdles at Kempton last month. Raymond Anderson Green loves to have winners at this meeting and his colours are carried by SAINT LEO (NAP), who was travelling strongly when falling at Ayr and has since run well in a hot handicap over hurdles at Kelso. He’s been dropped a further 2lb and is looking dangerously well handicapped.
