Verdict

This looks a decent bumper for the time of year. Clonalig House made a winning debut at Sedgefield and the second and third went on to contest the finish of a similar heat at Kelso. The mare Kilronan High had already won a point-to-point before landing a bumper at Towcester in the spring while Present Flight travelled strongly for a long way behind a subsequent hurdles winner at Hexham in March. King Of All Kings will improve on his third at Uttoxeter but PADDY'S YARN was a real eye-catcher when fifth at Roscommon last month and it would be no surprise to see Stuart Crawford's gelding come out on top.
