Verdict

This looks difficult but if BIG BURROWS can get his act together he could well defy topweight. He wasn't beaten far at all last time and is closely handicapped with Steel Magnate and Spirit Calling on recent running here. He travelled notably well the last time and might just be running into some sort of form. Irish raider Steel Magnate looks the logical danger as he goes well here and brings a solid level of consistency to the table. Spirit Calling should go well for Lucinda Russell whilst stablemate Storm Prospect hasn't been on show for around 250 days since scoring easily at Musselburgh. Solway Bay scored twice in seven days in May but may just find the trip too sharp although he's useful and cannot be ruled out of calculations.
