Gordon Elliott's MILLROCK LADY has shown improved form in her last two starts, finding just Aughwilliam Lady too good in an 18 runner maiden hurdle at Clonmel earlier this month and she is hard to oppose in this company with the main dangers rated as Windmill Cross and Grace N' Favour. Brian Hamilton's mare showed promise in Irish points and was successful in a Sligo bumper last month so she has to be respected on her hurdling debut in a race where the opposition to the selection does not look that strong. Lady Edina was pulled up on her only start in a point and of more interest may be Irish point winner Tear Drops, who makes her rules debut. Alison Thorpe's Thorpey's Girl has given little sign of encouragement in bumpers or over hurdles so looks readily opposed with a bigger threat likely to come from another Irish point winner Windmill Cross. Gordon Elliott's Millrock Lady is the clear form pick though and she is hard to oppose.
