Verdict
Two wins for St Gregory have rocketed his official rating up by no less than 23lb and he's asked to concede weight all round but three miles plus on good ground looks to have been the making of him. Nicky Richards is not one to overface inmates and he's taken to complete the hat-trick. Cool Star is 12lb better off for the 11 lengths he was beaten by the selection last time and should get closer without reversing placings and looks the likely each-way play. Mia's Anthem also has place claims after shaping quite nicely on just his third chasing start last time whilst Knight Woodsman completes the shortlist. He destroyed his Hexham field on his penultimate start but was no match for the selection upped a stone for that runaway victory in Northumberland.
