Verdict

POSTMAN is 0-8 over the larger obstacles but has shown enough to suggest he can take advantage of a slipping handicap mark in a race like this. Dont Be Robin could figure if fully wound up and On The Meter was third over further here on his chasing bow and has been lightly raced. Air Hair Lair looks a bigger danger, however, as he’s hardly put a foot wrong since switching to fences but has been raised a further 4lb after getting back to winning ways at Fontwell where Born At Midnight was tailed off. Auld Sod was runner-up over track and trip two weeks ago but is very one-paced.
