This is a very modest heat and Old Magic must have a decent chance of chance of getting back to winning ways. He made a lot of the running when fourth to last year's winner, Bathwick Junior, at Chepstow last month. Golden Games won over 2m2f here in April but has only had one run since, finishing tailed off on the Flat. MIGHTY MAMBO is one of several tried in headgear of various types for the first time. He hasn't got much mileage on the clock and has shown more than enough to suggest he can win a race like this so gets the nod.
