In depth

Verdict

Mavalenta didn't take to fences at Fakenham but is on a career-high mark over hurdles and probably worth opposing here. MADAME JASMINE was scoring for the third time over track and trip six weeks ago when edging out Twin Bud. Suzy Smith's mare is only a pound worse off and can confirm the form with the bottom weight and continue her love affair with the course by winning again. The longer distance could be a problem for Marie Deja La on her return from a break but Thedeboftheyear is back on a winning mark and was third at Taunton last time while Love of Tara often takes on stronger opposition than she'll encounter today. Bunglasha Lady could also figure if a recent run has blown away a few cobwebs.
