Chris Pea Green overcame the odds-on Tango De Juilley over course and distance last month and has taken well to the larger obstacles. But he has to give 5lb to GRUMETI (NAP) here, which may well be beyond him. The selection was trying to give 5lb to subsequent Grade 1 winner Vibrato Valtat when beaten only four lengths at Warwick on his reappearance and would have got even closer had he not made a couple of costly errors. Sail By The Sea has already won a point-to-point so the switch to fences should suit, but he'll surely need further than this.
