Verdict

Abidjan didn't really settle on his hurdling debut at Taunton but might be suited by the drop back to 2m and is a leading contender in this. Mr Edge won four times on the all-weather in Sweden but may just need the experience today. Faithful Mount won on the Flat in France and is another interesting newcomer but FAIR LOCH can finally get his head in front eased in grade. He was placed several times in decent novice company last year and his latest fourth at Huntingdon suggested he retains plenty of ability.
