Verdict

Three of theses are course and distance winners including Brunette'Sonly, who won here in January but poorly on a return visit last month. According To Them was a very easy winner here in January from today's rival Royaume Bleu so it was a disappointment when he ran so poorly last month in slightly better company. MR MCGREGOR had been steadily improving before a fine effort at Taunton where he couldn't quite get to Kings Apollo, who won his next start. He was nowhere neat his best when a long way behind at Southwell and can return to winning ways. Schindlers Rock had a poor strike-rate of 1-26 between the flags and has failed to get his head in front over fences.
