Verdict

Hobb's Dream has won two of her last three starts but could only manage third off a higher mark in between. She's been raised 9lb for Friday's victory at Wincanton and has something to prove now, while Hazy Bay has an 8lb rise to contend with having scored over C&D for the second time on his reappearance in December. KNIGHT FLIGHT has more scope than the aforementioned pair and has shown enough on his last couple of starts to suggest he's up to winning off his current mark. This is less competitive than the race at Folkestone he finished third in last time and he gets the nod. Gentleman Jimmy looks best of the rest as his yard is in fine form on the Flat at present.
