        Verdict

        Wishicould may well improve now handicapping for the first time having placed in a novices’ hurdle at Newbury. But ITOLDYOU has won five times over fences and reverts to hurdling on the back of a string of placed efforts in chases. Linda Jewell’s charge can race off a 6lb lower mark today and has plenty of scope back over the smaller obstacles. Mogestic remains 6lb higher than last year’s success over timber at Warwick while the unpredictable Misty Mai was runner-up at Ffos Las in December in between a couple of distinctly modest efforts.
