Verdict
Stream Of Stars, useful on the Flat, made it third-time lucky over hurdles at Ludlow and there should be more to come. Systemic won on the all-weather at the start of the year and is an interesting newcomer but Fred Bear is already starting to look exposed with fellow three-year-old Sonning, an easy winner at Catterick, having more scope. AUCUNRISQUE has been running well in decent bumper company and the switch to hurdles will suit – his yard has won the last two runnings of this. Any Givin Sunday won an Irish bumper and was successful on his hurdles bow at Huntingdon but this is a stiffer test.
