Verdict

Jully Les Buxy stays the trip well and loves the conditions as he showed at Linfield last week where he had Little Boy Boru a long way behind. He has a good chance of a repeat under a penalty but DUSKY HERCULES has more scope. David Pipe's charge hadn't shown much until tackling 2m7f on soft ground at Exeter where he came with a late run to snatch the spoils so the longer trip will be in his favour. Mister Murchan produced a very good run in a novices' handicap on heavy going at Ascot and wouldn't need to do much more to get into contention here while The Tin Miner has won on soft ground around here and lost a shoe on his reappearance last month.
