In depth

Verdict

OK CORRAL competed in Grade 1 hurdles after winning at Kempton early in the year and finished runner-up in the Albert Barlett at Cheltenham in March. Nicky Henderson's charge should have the measure of these if taking to the larger obstacles and will likely start at short-odds. Impulsive Star has experience over fences and was placed at Chepstow when last in novice company while Len Brennan came out second best in a match at Fakenham on his chasing bow behind the 138-rated Theclockisticking. Debacle has shown no worthwhile form over hurdles and blinkers replace cheekpieces on his first start over fences.
