Verdict

An interesting little heat in which DUSHY VALLEY is taken to follow-up a recent C&D success when outpointing Beware Chalk Pit by 9l. He still looks fairly treated off a mark of 76 and it's almost certain that the move to more aggressive tactics last time will be repeated here. Hopefully, they can produce the same outcome. Pacha D'Oudairies is becoming a really consistent and likable sort and made a pleasing return to action at Warwick this month when a strong second to Dunkelly Castle over this trip. He could well be good enough but does have to concede 24lb to the Henderson charge, which may just prove beyond him. Ballinhassig is far from ruled out and is almost certainly the most progressive of the quartet but an absence since mid-February is something of a concern on this occasion.
