Verdict

Hoke Colburn won a Worcester selling hurdle before reverting to fences and scoring by 10l at Huntingdon then defying a 5lb rise at Ludlow. He's only been raised 3lb so must have every chance of a four-timer. BOY IN A BENTLEY fell when travelling well at Wincanton then couldn't quite concede 26lb to Cnoc Sion at Bangor and though he's rather harshly been raised 2lb he looks the one to beat. Mr Raj has won five times between the flags and landed two hunter-chases in the spring. He could be reasonably treated here so has to be considered while Dr Dunraven, who makes his debut for new connections, will enjoy the conditions more than most having won twice during the summer. The four-year-old Ortenzia won a novices' handicap at Bangor before getting outpaced on fast ground at Fontwell. 3.05
