It's hard to know what to make of Ballymacahillcross, who cost a lot of money and was in front when falling at the last in an Irish point-to-point in May. Invicta Lake ran well in a Fontwell bumper in May but weakened quickly on his hurdling debut over this C&D last month. Irish import Regal One did well on his debut for new connections at Stratford but disappointed in a handicap at Newton Abbot three weeks ago though this shorter trip looks a better option. Do More Business is fit from the Flat but RUM AND BUTTER looks the one to be on. Jonjo O'Neill's charge was fancied for a Fontwell bumper a couple of weeks ago and though not performing all that well he's bred for jumping and that should have put him straight.
