In depth

Verdict

Kilrogan is selected here ahead of Pan The Man and Secret Glen. Much as he has been raised nine pounds for his Stratford win, Kilrogan has looked progressive in his career to date and, lightly-raced, should go well under conditions that suit. Twice a course and distance winner in the spring, Pan The Man could be considered if in that sort of mood, while Secret Glen ran well on his Rules chasing debut here last time and it would be no surprise to see him go well today. Finally, Reasonably Sure looks a player for a place, as does Radbrook Hall, although his only win to date has come in a maiden point. Overall, then, once again, the selection is Kilrogan.
