Verdict

Bumper winner ROYAL RUBY floundered in heavy going at Newbury last time having placed at Fakenham earlier. Nicky Henderson’s charge gets another chance back in maiden company today. Miss Adventure was runner-up over these hurdles last month but failed to figure in a handicap last time while better is expected from Dream Baie on only his second start for new connections having run well at Galway earlier for Joseph O’Brien’s yard. Royal Marskell showed some promise at Bangor on last year’s hurdling bow though temperament got the better of him at on the Flat at Southwell last time when refusing to start.
