In depth

Verdict

Not the strongest of chases and Gaysun, who did nothing wrong when runner-up to the rejuvenated Stanmore at Stratford, looks to have been found the ideal opportunity to get his head in front. Blowing Rock will strip fitter for his outing at Uttoxeter and will be a tough nut to crack, while course and distance winner My Good Son, runs here in preference to a handicap hurdle at Market Rasen. He still looks a shade too high in the weights at present.
