    Verdict

    Only three runners for the race named after the multiple two-year-old winner Spindrifter, but an interesting one nonetheless. Tilak is bred for speed, is well-related and showed he has a lot of talent when finishing fifth in the Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot. Deportivo looked promising on his debut but, on literal form working through The Bonus King, he will have to improve by two lengths or so to get the better of Alan Berry's runner.
