      Verdict

      HOLD SWAY was beaten less than a length stepped up to today’s trip at Doncaster last month. Any further progress should see the Godolphin colt open his account. Mudaarab made a modest debut over a mile at Chelmsford but this extra distance is expected to suit Sir Michael Stoute’s charge and the latter has a fine strike rate with three-year-old runners here while Warm Love also attempts a longer trip on her reappearance having finished runner-up in both starts last year. The remaining pair look up against it.
