        In depth

        Verdict

        Most of these of either been jumping or running on the all-weather. Surprise Vendor won last year's renewal with fellow course and distance winner Madam Lillibet sixth and Stickleback further behind. Stuart Coltherd's charge has been in fair form over timber and will probably try and make all again. Riptide also goes well here and Ginger Fizz and Shadows Ofthenight won't fail through lack of fitness. SCRAFTON improved in leaps and bounds when give a test of stamina in the autumn. Placed in three of his four runs over hurdles over the winter, he is fancied to reverse Redcar running in October with Crakehall Lad over this longer trip and make a winning reappearance on the level. Harvey's Hope looks the pick of Keith Reveley's two runners.
