Verdict
Having had just the three runs, Shauyra is the one with potential in this but the assessor has taken no chances with the Haggas filly. Defence Treaty finished third over 1m at Newcastle nine days ago but is unproven over this trip. Aiya is only 2lb higher than when successful over course and distance in September so has obvious claims and Glasses Up is another to consider along with Glan Y Gors, who won at Newcastle and Wolverhampton earlier in the year and still looks fairly treated. BANKSEA lost his way in the autumn but has tumbled down the weights and Connor Murtagh takes off a further 3lb. He’s run some of his best races here and will be a working man’s price. Roman Stone and The Navigator look best of the rest.
