        Verdict

        Dancing Freddy and Thorpe Bay have both been running well at Southwell of late, though the former has the better record on Turf, hence today's 10lb higher mark. A multiple winner on the all-weather, Electric Qatar is without a win on this surface but Dark Lane scored off a higher mark at Chepstow last year and could figure. Hamilton winner Manatee Bay is 6lb higher on his return to action, but slight preference goes to WINDFORPOWER as he bids for hat-trick of victories having ended last year with a double over today's minimum trip.
