In depth

Verdict

Alpha Cru showed a willing attitude when making a winning start for new connections over course and distance three weeks ago but there is also likely to be plenty of interest in unraced stable companion MADAME GLITTERS, who receives 6lb. She is a half-sister to her trainer’s top-class miler Lord Glitters and could go on to better things. Gaerwen wouldn’t need to be anything special to play a part and Maxios Show is a possible improver but the others are a modest bunch.
