Wynford has gone up another 2lb since beaten at Musselburgh but this stiff track seems sure to suit Rebecca Menzies’ thorough stayer, though he is no certainty to confirm recent Beverley running with Warranty on the revised terms. The latter, along with Dynali, was beaten by FLINT HILL here in June and Ruth Jefferson’s strong traveller then had Chocolate Box behind when runner-up to Teqaany over course and distance last month. Embolden will have stamina to prove but Catterick runner-up Victoriano is a possibility and Storm Chaser has more scope than most.
