Verdict

Global Hunter has looked pretty good in preserving an unbeaten record but now has a first taste of ground with cut as he drops in trip. He's useful but DALAALAAT was looking progressive until disappointing for the first time at Goodwood and is given a chance to atone for a below-par performance. He wouldn't be the first not to handle the undulations of that particular track. Global Gift also disappointed when last seen but is better judged on his previous hat-trick which included two successes on testing ground. He is respected along with Smile A Mile who has a definite chance at his best but is yet another needing forgiveness for a poor run last time.
